Son Ezekiel Hudnall-twenty shillings.
Son Richard Hudnall-twenty shillings.
Daughter Mazelah Palmer-one cow and calf.
Grandaughter Betty Craine-one cow and calf.
Son James Hudnall-six pounds current money in lieu of bed. and three pounds as he owes me.
Daughter Betty Hudnall-one feather bed and furniture.
Daughter Francisino Hudnall-one feather bed and furniture. All my wearing cloths to be equally divided between my four daughters Mazelah Palmer, Ann Craine, Betty Hudnall, and Francesino Hudnall.
Son Joseph Hudnall-negro man James, which is now in my mothers possession.
Rest of estate not before given to my four children namely Joseph, James, Betty, and. Francesinc Hudnall.

To eldest son Ezekiel Hudnal-all the land on which I now live being by estimation 150 acres more or less during his life then to the first male heir lawfully begotten of his body, if he should die without male heir lawfully begotten of his body, land then to return to my son Richard Hudnal, and
his heirs lawfully begotten of his body.
To son Ezekiel Hudnal-fifty pounds which he has already received.
To daughter Ann Crain-fifty pounds which she has already received, and I lend her two feather beds and furniture during her natural life then to grandaughter Betty Crain.
To son Richard Hudnal-tract of land at Wicco Warehouse which I purchased of William Berry and Grace his wife containing 124 acres, to him and his lawfully begotten heirs.
To son Joseph Hudnal-all the land I bought of James Crain containing sixty acres more, or less and ninety acres bought of John Stott.
To son James Hudnal-land lying on the head of Voalkivses Creek
bought from John Hart containing sixty acres, the rents of that plantation at the church as long as George Pitman lives on the land, excepting my wifes thirds during her life, and he to have the land at her death.
To son Ezekiel. Hudnal-use of one half of my mill called Sctoland Mill during his life, then to his male heir if any, and for want of such heir to my son Richard Hudnal and his heirs lawfully begotten of his body.
To wife Rebecca-the use of the other half of the mill during her life or widowhood, for the support of my wife and three youngest children during their maiden lives.
One half of personal estate excepting negroes to be sold on a credit of eighteen months by my executors, and to be equally divided between my six youngest children Richard, Joseph, James, Betty and Francinao, and Lydia, after my wifes third is taken out.
To son Richard Hudnal-one half of my mill after death or marriage of my wife, to him and his lawfully begotten heirs.
Wife Rebecca Hudnall-the third of all my crops made by my negroes on all my lands for support of my three youngest children Betty, Francina, and Lydia, and the remainder of all the crops except Indian Corn to be sold by my executors.
At death or marriage of wife, all my personal estate to be equally divided among my seven youngest children, Ezekiel, Richard, Joseph, James, Betty, Francina, and Lydia.
Sons Ezekiel and Richard Hudnal, executors.
