-both named executors of the will

-to have best feather bed and fum., and also best looking glass, I best pewter dish,
3 plates and I best basin, best iron pot, box iron and heaters, and I woolen wheel and linen wheel
-to have Negro man "Sampson" -to have choice of testator's horses

1789-1790 Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records Liber II [Abstract by Mike Marshall]; Page 89. At the request of Stephen West the following Deed was recorded April 9, 1789
Indenture made April 9, 1789; Whereas John Duckett father of Isaac Duckett, eldest son and one of the devisees of John Duckett, late of PGCo, planter did on November 25, 1737 purchase of Francis Piles a tract containing 100 acres by the name of "Batchelors Delight" being part of "Maidens Dower"; and whereas John Duckett by his last will and testament bearing date March 3, 1784 did bequeath the land the now lived on to his two sons Isaac Duckett and Samuel Duckett to be equally divided. [this indenture witnesseth that] Isaac Duckett in consideration of 86 pounds 12 shillings and 6 pence hath agreed to sell to Stephen West his share of "Batchelors Delight" except that ½ acres resurved for a burying place. Signed Isaac Duckett in the presence of Mary Brookes, Thomas Macgill and acknowledged before John Smith Brookes, Rinaldo Johnson and at the same time Mary Duckett w/o Isaac Duckett relinquished her right of dower
