      Indenture made November 15, 1784; John Williams, ditcher of Montgomery County, Maryland in consideration of 10 pounds current money of Maryland paid by William Magrath, Gentleman of the same County has sold two lots in the Town of Hamburgh; Lot Number 200, 88 feet front on Walnut Street and 230 feet back to Locust Street and "Lot Number 88", 80 feet front on Arch Street and 230 feet back to High Street and subject to a yearly quit rent of one half penny sterling for each lot from September 29th next ensuing to be paid to Jacob Funk [Funck].
