Indenture made October 1, 1771; Jacob Funck, yeoman of PGCo in consideration of 10 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Christian Wetvogel of PGCo has sold the following lots lying in the Town of Hamburgh;
"Lot Number 39" having 80 feet front on High Street and 230 feet back.
"Lot Number 54" having 80 feet front on Market Street and 230 feet back to Persimmon Street.
To have and to hold subject to a yearly quit rent per lot of one half penny sterling from the 1st day of November next. Signed Jacob Funck in the presence of Benjamin Spyker, Zachariah White and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Christopher Lowndes and at the same time Ann Funck w/o Jacob Funck released her relinquished her right of dower

Indenture made September 19, 1772; John Christian Vitvogel of PGCo in consideration of 150 pounds currency paid by Benjamin Spyker Frederick County, Maryland has sold Lot Number 39 and Lot Number 54 in the town of Hamburgh. Signed John Christian Vitvogel in the presence of and acknowledged before James Beall, Richard Duckett, Jr.
