Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records 1769-1772; Liber AA 2 {Abstract by Mike Marshall}; Page 347. At the request of John Roror the following Deed was recorded October 28, 1771
Indenture made October 1, 1771; Jacob Funck, yeoman of PGCo in consideration of 10 pounds current money of Maryland paid by John Roror of Frederick County, Maryland has sold the following lots lying in the Town of Hamburgh;
"Lot Number 78" having 80 feet front on Arch Street and 230 feet back to High Street;
"Lot Number 104" having 80 feet front on Market Street and 230 feet back to Arch Street.
To have and to hold subject to a yearly quit rent per lot of one half penny sterling from the 1st day of November next. Signed Jacob Funck in the presence of Benjamin Spyker, Zachariah White and acknowledged before Joshua Beall, Christopher Lowndes and at the same time Ann Funck wife of Jacob Funck released her relinquished her right of dower

Indenture made May 8, 1792; Frederick Rohrer, son and heir at law of John Rohrer, late of Washington County, Maryland, deceased in consideration of 60 pounds current money of Maryland paid by Isaac Bachtel of Bedford County, Pennsylvania has sold two lots in the Town of Hamburgh, "Lot Number 78" having 80 feet front on Arch Street and 230 feet back to High Street and "Lot Number 104" having 80 feet on Market Street and 230 feet back to Arch Street and pay a yearly quit rent on November 1st unto Jacob Funck. Signed Frederick Rohrer in the presence of and acknowledged before Alexander Clagett, Adam Ott (JPs of Washington County, Maryland and certified by Elie Williams, clerk) and at the same time Susannah Rohrer w/o Frederick Rohrer relinquished her right of dower
