Jacob Hess recorded 23 November 1770, made 21 July between Charles Beatty of Frederick County and George Fraser Hawkins ofPrince Georges County, for £6 sells lot in Addition to Georgetown, being a part of tract Knave's Disappointment, known as lot #166.
