Also, beginning for sd part of a tract of land called Montross and part of a tract of land called the Resurvey on Rich Meadow, bounded by the beginning tree of Lucass' Adventure, Orme's part of sd land, containing about 137 1/2 acres. On Jun 12, 1780 came Charles Shoemaker, one of the witnesses to the within deed, and likewise, to the power of atty, and affirmed that he saw Judah Boone and Hannah Boone, sign, seal, and deliver the same deed and power of atty, and deposes that Collinson Read, the other witness, was present at the signing, sealing, and delivery of this instrument of writing.
