BD1:65-67. Barton Duley recorded deed 14 Jan. 1775, from Doctor James Doull for £40, tract Hunting Park, beginning at 5th line of tract James' Park, for 50 acres; and another parcel called Twenty Acre Island, on island opposite to Doull's Discovery, in the Potomac River, and an additional 15 acres, 85 acres in all. Signed before Adam Stewart, Wm Deakins.
