Entire estate to be sold after wife Mary has her thirds; residue equally to children John, Joshua, Solomon, David, William, and James at age 21 or day of marriage.
Solomon, David, and William to be bound to trades.
If wife marries, her third part to be sold and given to sons.
To grandsons John and David: 1 sh. each.
