      Indenture made 1771; Alexander Campbell, Gentleman do let unto James Holliday, shoemaker the next of land now in the aforesaid Campbell's possession a hundred yards below the path now leading to Francis Moberley's and joining the tract of land belonging to the Moberlys and Lovejoy and Samuel Poston for the space of 21 years. The 1st year to be rent free on condition that the said holiday do build clear and make ready a plantation and afterwards the yearly rent of 6 pounds current money of Maryland. To which we do interchangeably set our hands and seals this August 3, 1771, Alexander Campbell, James Holliday in the presence of Thomas Lawson, Sr., John McKenzie, Thomas Lawson, Jr.
      Alexander Campbell is to find 150 10d nails for James Holliday to build a house 16' x 12' with an outside chimney. Holliday is to find the remainder of the Neales himself
