      I Robert Thompson in consideration of 5 pounds sterling money of Great Britain and also for the love goodwill and affection which I have and do bear unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Thompson, spinster have given granted and by these presents Negro boy Sam. Provided nevertheless that in case the said Elizabeth Thompson shall die without heir then Negro Sam to be the right and property of my daughter Agnes Frazier's son James Frazier.
