      THIS INDENTURE made this 14th: day of July Anno 1708 Betweene WILLIAM BLEDSOE of County of Northumberld, of one part and JOHN INGRAM of the said County of the other part; Witnesseth and saith that for this future Settlemt. of the bounds of that Land that they doe begin att the mouth of a small Branch issueing out of the DIVIDEING CREEKE betweene Mr. THOMAS WADDIEs Plantacon and the said BLEDSOEs Old Feild or Pasture, and so running up to the head of the sd. Branch to a marked Gum tree 4. thence running Northerly to a marked Poplar & thence running near the same Course to a marked Gum & small Pine and so to an old marked Oak with a great Knott an Antient Corner tree to the sd. INGRAMs Land standing near a Doggwood and Mulhury on an Oyster Shell Bank soe running near South East. along a,. line o1 old marked trees with foure trees in the said line new marked by the said BLEDSOE and the sd INGRAM soe Farr as that land doe joyne together this said Branch & line of trees with the old knotted marked Oak that stands neare to the Doggwood and Mulberry & Oyster Shell Bank on the Ridge and the old Southerly line from thence taken esteemed and judged by the said BLEDSOE & INGRAM to be the true and ancient bounds of the said ,JOHN INGRAMs Land and it is alsoe further Indented concluded & agreed upon by the said BLEDSOE and INGRAM to stand & remaine from time to time and att all times a divideing line parting the said BLEDSOE and ye said INGRAMs Land for them their heires for ever; In Witness whereof the parties to the premisses have hereunto sett their hands and seales the daye & yeare above written

      THIS INDENTURE made this 14th day of November 1707 Between JOHN INGRAM of County of Northumberld. of one part and CHARLES INGRAM of the said County of the other part; Witnesseth & saith for the future Settlement of the other part, Witnesseth that beginning at a small Gum which is a corner tree for the said CHARLES INGRAMs & HANCOCK NICKOLLS ( ) (now in possession of WINTERs Orphans Land) and sae running along a line of marked trees Northerly to a Spanish Oak standing in a line of JOHN BENTLY, being a marked tree for his line made for Mr. JAMES WADDY p Mr. JAMES COAD p Agreemt, of Mr. THOMAS WINTER wch: sd, line from the beginning corner Gum to said Spanish Oak shall be taken esteemed and judged to be the line of Division and Partition betweene that land and it is now concluded & agreed upon by the parties abovesd to be a divideing line to them and their heires for ever; And its adjudged and concluded to be the true & right bounds of WILLIAM VINCENTs Pattent but being a line made by consent of both parties, it is to stand & remaine a divideing line to them and their heires for ever; In Witness whereof the ptes: to the pr:misses have hereunto sett their hands and seales the day and yeare above written

      INDENTED, TOUCHED & AGREED the 2d, day of July Anno Dom: 1707 Betweene JOHN INGRAM of Northumberland County in Virga: Gentl., of the one party & RALPH BICKLEY of the same County, Planter, of the other party as followeth; To witt., Whereas the said RALPH BICKLEY is in possession of a parcell of land for One hundred acres purchased by his Father, FRANCIS BICKLEY, late of said County, deced., being part of a Pattent formerly granted to JOHN MOTLY, deced., out of which Pattent the said INGRAM hath alsoe (but lately) purchased a parcell of land adjacent to the said BICKLEY, which land of BICKLEYs not being bounded by any Surveyor otherwise knowne, then that it shall bound on the Land of JAMES ALLEN and menconed in ye Deed or Deeds transferring the sd. Land, Therefore to the end that the said parties may be satisfied and the bounds of their lands adloyning ascer & that neithcr party may invade the property of the other, as well for diverse other considerations then ( ) they doe hereby for themselves their heires severally with a mutuall consent conclude & agree that ( ) into LITTLE WICCOCOMICO RIVER on ye lower side & near to ye Plantacon of ye sd. INGRAM, & the course of the said Branch to the head thereof on the lower side of the House called EMANUELL WALKERS, to small marked red Oakes & a line of marked trees running thence So: So: W: or neer that course to a corner marked white Oake made by consent or very nigh to the land of JOHN ALLEN, & distinguished by a small Gum standing very neer to the sd. corner tree and marked inwards with three notches and shall bee from henceforth held deemed & taken to be the line of Division & Partition betweene ye Lands of ye sd. parties (altho the sd. BICKLEYs Land hath Beene esteemed to extend to ye land of WEBB formerly & shall from time to time & att all times hereafter continue & remaine the Partition & Boundary betweene their said Lands to them and their heires & assignes for ever; Provided nevertheless that if upon a Just Survey of JAMES ALLENs Pattent, such Survey shall include any part of the land on the upper side of a Creek which is now reputed to be the Land of the sd. RALPH & within his Pasture, the sd, JOHN INGRAM is hereby oblidged to make good such quantity of land as shall be soe included by such Survey out of ye sd. INGRAMs Land adjoyning to the Land of the said RALPH, anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding and in Testimony of all the pr:misses the said parties have hereunto sett their hands & seales this 2d, day of July Anno Dom 1707,

      THIS INDENTURE made this 15th day of Decembr: in the Fifth yeare of the Reigne of or: Sovereigne Lady Anne by the grace of God of Great Brittaine, France & Ireland, Queen, Defendr. of the faith &c., Anno Dom: one thousand seven hundred & six Betweene WILLIAM WILLDEY of ST. STEVENS Parish in Northumberld, County & Colony of Virga: & ELIZABETH his Wife of the one part and JOHN INGRAM of WICCOCOMOCO Parish in the same County & Colony of the other part; Witnesseth that the said WILLIAM WILDEY &ELIZABETH his Wife for diverse good causes but more especially for the valluable consideracon of Eighty five pounds currant money of England & Eight hundred pounds of tobacco & casq to them in hand paid by said JOHN INGRAM doe acknowledge & doe freely discharge said JOHN INGRAM by these pr:sents have granted unto said JOHN INGRAM and to his heires and assignes for ever, all that tract of land being in said Parish of ST, STEVENS and County & Colony ahovesd upon ye head and Branches of LITTLE WICCOCOMOCO RIVER otherwise called WICCOCOMOCO CREEK bounded: Beginning at a small marked Oak att or near the mouth of a Branch falling into the MILL POND SWAMP standing in the line of THOMAS WEBB & corner tree to his and the said WEBBs land & thence running down the MILL POND on the East or South side thereof & the Branch and head of WICCOCOMOCO CREEK its various water courses to the land of RALPH BICKLEY, thence along the line divideing this land and said BICKLEYs land to the land of WEBB, and thence persueing the said WEBBs line divideing this & WEBBs land to the said menconed Oake att or neer the sd. mouth of a Branch where it began, conteyning by estimacon Two hundred acres of land (more or less) being part of a parcel of land belonging to the said WILLIAM WILDEY &ELIZABETH his Wife, commonly called MOTTLEYS NECK, formerly granted by Pattent dated the 13th of January 1661 to JOHN MOTTLEY, deced., for Six hundred acres whose bounds upon a review & survey thereof includeing more then Six hundred acres of Land in and by the said Pattent expressed or intended, the said WILLIAM WILDEY in Right of his said Wife. ELIZABETH, and by vertue of his the said WILDEYs intermarrying the said ELIZABETH, the Daughter & sole heire of JOHN MOTTLEY, deced,, the Son of the aforesd. JOHN MOTTLEY & Donee of MARY MOTTLEY, his Mother, ye Relict Legatee and sole Executrx. of his sd, Father (as by the Will of the sd, first menconed JOHN, dated the 8th of February 1669 & by Deed from the sd. MARY to her Sone, dated the 13th of October 1670/71: may more largely appeare) obteyned a grant from ye Right Honorable the Proprietors of the Northerne Neck of Virga: under their Seale executed according to the Rules of their Office by the Honorable ROBERT CARTER Esqr., their Agent and Attorney dated the third day of August 1704; for two hundred and sixteene acres of land surrplus included within ye bounds of the sd, first menconed Pattent by all which Titles for as aforesd. deriv'd as well as by descent from her sd. Father and Grandfather, the said ELIZABETH became & now stands seized by right of Inheritance of an absolute Estate in fee of in and to the before granted land, the said Two hundred acres of land hereby granted being as well part of the sd. Two hundred and sixteene acres of land surplus as of the said Six hundred acres of land menconed & intended in the first said Pattent granted to the first named JOHN MOTLEY, with all its rights all houses orchards fences meadows trees proffitts & appurtenances belonging; To have and to hold the sd.
