      Ann Jackson's Will.
      I, Ann Jackson of CC, widow, am in perfect mind & memory, but considering the uncertainty of this human life, do make this, my Will.
      To my son Thomas Jackson - a horse, saddle, & bridle, 1 bed & furniture, 1 cow & calf, to be possessed with them when he arrives to the age of maturity.
      To my daughters Sarah Annis Jackson, Ann Jackson, & Henretta Jackson - a Negro girl named Jean, to be equally divided as they may think proper. Also I my stock of all kinds & household goods, after my son Thomas has his part above mentioned, paid to him.

      I, Thomas Smallwood, am in great pain of body but of perfect, sound mind and memory.
      To my son Thomas Smallwood - 100 acres of land whereon he now lives, being part of a tract of land called Moors rest.
      To my son Bayne Smallwood - the rest of Moors rest, containing 100 acres whereon I now live.
      To my son Prior Smallwood - a tract of land called Atchisons Woodyard, containing about 100 acres.
      To my son Hezekiah Smallwood - Negro boy Sam and half the increase of a Negro wench called Rachal, now in the possession of John Ward.
      To my daughter Eleanor Brawner - 2 Negroes, Nace and Monakey, already in her possession.
      To my daughter Mary Ward - a Negro man called Sam, and half
      of the increase of a Negro woman called Rachal.
      To my son Benjamin Smallwood and to my daughter Ann Jackson
      - 2 shillings each, they having already received their
      equal proportion of my estate.

Aug 22, 1772 from William Jackson of CC, planter, to Richard Bennet Mitchell of CC, planter, for 90 £, 4 tracts of land called Johnsons Quarry, Jacksons Trifle, part of Wheelers Delight, and Wheelers Rest, all adjoining and lying in CC. Johnsons Quarry is bounded by the north line of White Cake Plain, laid out for about 50 acres. jacksons Trifle is laid out for about 8 acres.
