- Charles Capt. {Lazenby} Calvert married Rebecca Gerard and mentions two daughters in his estate records.
I only had Elizabeth Calvert as a daughter who married Benedict Swingate Calvert.
in the following 1767 deed, Jemima Brashears w/o John Brashear s/o John relinquished her right to the rest and residue of the moiety as did the above Elizabeth Calvert.
does this mean this is the un-named daughter? Jemima Calvert? or is she Jemima Wells d/o Nathaniel Wells and Mary Duckett (and she married William Holmes first?)

To dau, Ann, certain personalty. Residue of estate, real and personal (except legacies hereafter mentioned), to two child.
Exs. to be guardians to child. and manage their estates to the best of their ability. Mrs. Razolini to have the care of them during their minority and so long as she remains single. Child. to be educated in Protestant Religion. Family portraits to be kept by Mrs. Razolini and delivered to child. when they come of age or marry. Rings sent for for Governour, Mr. Tasker, Mr. Plater, the Rev. Mr. Jacob Henderson, and Mr. Dulany be delivered them, and that there be one ring sent for for Mr. Razolini.

1767-1769 Prince George's County, Maryland Land Records Liber BB 2 [Abstract by Mike Marshall]; Page 50. At the request of Benedict Calvert the following Deed was recorded June 24, 1767
Indenture made December 27, 1766; John Brashears s/o John, planter of the one part and the Hon. Benedict Calvert, Esq. of the other part; whereas John Brashears heretofore on October 31, 1765 by deed (Liber D.D. No. folio 12 & 13) in consideration of 80 pounds 15 shillings current money of Maryland paid by Benedict Calvert and undivided moiety of a parcel of land containing 184 acres being part of three tracts; "Cuckholds Delight", "Gleanings" and "Leavings" adjoining to "Swansons Lott" and to include the dwelling house and plantation of the said John Brashears which is the same parcel of land sold upon Venditioni Exponas to the said John Brashears by George Scott sheriff of PGCo by the aforesaid deed. And whereas John Brashears and Benedict Calvert have made partition and division between them within the descriptions bounds lines courses and distances herein after mentioned and that the said John Brashears moiety is 90 acres and it is agreed between the parties to abide by the division. Signed John Brashears, Benedict Calvert in the presence of John Hepburn, James Gibbs and acknowledged before John Hepburn and at the same time Jemima Brashears wife of John Brashears and Elizabeth Calvert wife of Benedict Calvert relinquished their right to the rest and residue of the moiety.
