I, Benedict Jameson of CC, being perfect health of body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To brother Walter Jameson the ½ of my dwelling plantation whereon I now live, but if he should die without heir, then to my nephew John H. Mudd and niece Emily Mudd, children of sister Mary Mudd for her use during her life, and in case said children should die before 21 yrs, then to my two nieces Sally Maria Jameson and Josephine Jameson, daughters of my late brother Doctor Charles Jameson.
To nieces Sally Maria Jameson and Josephine Jameson, daughters of my brother Doctor Charles Jameson, the other ½ of my dwelling plantation, for the use of his widow Catherine M. Jameson during her single life.
To brother Walter Jameson, negroes Frank and Henry, which I bought of Mr. Alexius Lancaster.
To nephew John H. Mudd and niece Emily Mudd, negroes; Baptist, Elias, Henry and his wife and four children, and Nancy. And if they should die before maturity, then divided between my brother Walter Jameson and my two nieces Sally Maria Jameson and Josephine Jameson, daughters of my late brother Doctor Charles Jameson.
To nieces Sally Maria Jameson and Josephine Jameson, negroes; Susan, Mary, Alexander, Charles, Baptist, Nilly, Mawria, Mockian and Frank.
To brother Walter Jameson and sister Mary Mudd, all the rest of my negroes not heretofore mentioned.
To Reverend Philip Sacchi, 50 dollars.
To Reverend Francis Roloff, Pastor of Bryan Town congregation, 50 dollars.

{mm note: German speaking Reverend Francis Roloff originally from Bavaria, entered St. Mary's Seminary in Baltimore in July 1804 and was ordained priest June 11, 1808. He was the pastor at the Saint Aloysius Church at Littlestown, Adams county, Pennsylvania until 1812 and then appointed curator of Holy Trinity church in Philadelpha in 1812 and continued as pastor from 1813 to 1826. He visited the Blooming Rose mission in Garrett County Maryland during 1826/7 and Abt 1828 he was appointed pastor in Wheeling West Virginia. Between 1829 and 1838 he was the pastor of the congregation at Piscataway (also listed at St. Mary's in Bryantown and Zachia Upper) in Charles County Maryland and by June 18, 1841 he was the appointed the first pastor of the newly erected Holy Trinity church in Boston until 1844.

1839-08-03; Paper: Daily National Intelligencer (My abstract). NOTICE--On 12/26/1839 Walter F. Boarman, exec. of Benedict Jameson, late of Charles Co., dec'd. ,intends to apply to Orphans Court for his final accounts of dec'd's estate.
