My executor to have power to sell my land in Wicocomoco Parish, being ninety seven acres, with the rest of my estate not already bequeathed, and the money from such sale to be equally divided between my wife Elizabeth, and my two children James and Nancy Webb.
The childrens part of their estate to be put out at interest.
Brother John Webb, executor, and guardian to my two children.
