Indenture made February 7, 1817; Joseph Garner, Domindigo Gambra and his wife Elizabeth H. Gambra, Thomas M. Garner and his wife Matilda Garner, Hezekiah Garner, Samuel R.H.M. Garner, Charles Garner and William H.M. Garner in consideration of $1907.10 current money of the United States paid to Samuel R.H.M. Garner executor of the last will and testament of Hezekiah Garner by Henry McPherson have sold all their right title interest and estate to two tracts of which Hezekiah Garner late of CC died possessed of called; "Williams Purchase" containing 257 acres 6 perches; and "Garner's Addition" containing 36 acres 1 rod and 18 perches.
