      Alexander Robey Sr., Will, December 13, 1818; November 3, 1820
      I, Alexander Robey of CC, being weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
      To son Elias Robey, the houses he now occupies and 2 acres of land around and above.
      To two sons Heshijah {Hezekiah} Robey (during his natural life and then to Elias Robey) and Alexander Robey the whole of my real estate equally except for the above two acres.
      To son Baruch Robey, 1 dollar.
      To three grandchildren, Eliza Robey, Catharine Robey and Horace Robey, 1 dollar each.
      Item: the rest and residue of my estate as follows; 1/4th to son Elias Robey, 1/4th part to daughter Cassandra's children to wit; Elenor Franklin, Adah Franklin, Sarah Franklin, William Robey Franklin, Alexander Franklin and Cassandra Franklin, 1/4th part to my daughter Chloe's children; William Thomas Robey and Sarah Robey, and remaining 1/4th part to my daughter Lucy Robey.
