      THIS INDENTURE made the twenty third and twenty forth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty nine and in the twenty third year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the second & pursuant to the Last Will and Testament of NIMROD HOTT gent, Deceased bearing date the fifth day of Aprill one thousand seven hundred and forty eight relation being had may appear Between ANTHONY SEALE & FOUSHEE TEBBS Executors of the said Last Will and Testament of the said NIMROD HOTT gent Deceased of Deuingen Parish in County of Prince William of one part and RICHARD BLACKBURN of the same Parish & County gent of other part witnesseth that they the said ANTHONY SEALE &FOUSHEETEBBS for the sum of Sixteen pounds Ten shillings current money path granted unto the said RICHARD BLACKBURN in his actual possession now being by vertue of a Bargain and Sale for one year and by force of the statute for transferring uses into possession/ and to his heirs and assigns forever all them two tracts of land with their appurtenances being in the Parish and County aforesaid and lying on both sides of a small Creek comonly call'd by the name of HOES CREEK containing one hundred and Sixty three acres of land formly granted to JOHN McDANNELL by Deed from the PROPRIETORS of the NORTHERN NECK of Virginia bearing date the Sixth day of September one thousand seven hundred and Thirty one and afterwards to wit the Twenty first day of March in the year one thousand seven hundred and thirty two at a Court continued and held for the County of Prince William the said JOHN McDANNELL together with ANN his Wife conveyed the aforesaid tract of land to the aforesaid NIMROD HOTT gent. deceased and to one JOHN JEREMIAH HEISS to them their heirs and assigns in fee simple forever and is bounded beginning at A a marked Hiccory corner tree to FARROW on the side of a hill thence runing South West to a small Hiccory in the line of COLO. TAYLOE at: thence runing South East to an other sma.. hiccory in said TAYLOEs line at C thence runing North East to a small white Oak on a ridge at D thence runing North West to a black Oak on a ridge at E' thence runing North West to a white Oak corner to JOHN KINCHELOE at F thence runing South West to KINCHELOEs Corner the same course continued to an old Corner Hiccory on the North side of COARAMs Tobacc round at thence runing South West to a Poplar and red Oak joyning at FARROW at H thence runing North East to the first beginning & also one other parcel of land containing Twenty eight and an half acres of land being in the Parish of Dittengen and County of Prince William which said NIMROD HOTT purchased of TAYLOR CHAPMAN and MARGRET his Wife of STAFFORD COUNTY by Deeds of Lease and Release bearing date the twenty seven and twenty eight days of February in the year one thousand seven hundred and forty Two and is bounded beginning at_A a Hiccory in the head of a Branch of OCCOQUAN corner to THOMAS GREGG and extending thence South West to COLO. TAYLOEs line thence with his line East to the beginning together with all houses outhouses and he reditaments whatsoever belonging To Have and To Hold the said Two parcels of land with their appurtenances unto the said RICHARD BLACKBURN his heirs & assigns, In Witness whereof they the said ANTHONY SEALE and FOUSHEE TEBBS hath set their hands and affixed their Seals ANTHO.
