I Samuel Waters, planter in consideration of the love good will and affection which I have and bear towards my beloved mother Jane Waters do give during her natural life 1/3rd part of a tract called "Cherry Walk" which I formerly conveyed to my father containing 185 acres. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this April 2, 1757, Samuel Waters, in the presence of John Hepburn, Richard Thomas and acknowledged before John Hepburn

I Samuel Waters, Sr., planter in consideration of 5 shillings sterling money as also the love goodwill and affection which I bear towards my beloved brother Mordecai Waters and for divers other good causes and considerations him hereunto moving have given during his natural life then to his two sons Jacob Waters and Samuel Waters part of a tract called "Cherry Walk" containing 185 acres. In witness whereof I have set my hand and affixed my seal this March 26, 1760, Samuel Waters in the presence of George Wheeler, Clement Hill, 3rd, and acknowledged before John Hepburn
