Know all men by these presents that we Charles Crume & Ralph Crume are held and firmly bound unto Isaac Shelby esq. Governor of Kentucky in the just and full sum of fifty pounds current money to be paid unto the said governor or his sucefsors to which payment will and truly to be made we ind ourselves our heirs ??? and ???? jointly and servally firmly by these presents seale with our Seal the 29 day of Dec. 1794.
The condition of this obligation is such that if there should be no legal cause to obstruct a marriage shortly intended to be solemnized between the above bound Charles Crume & Mary Snelling daughter of Hugh Snelling.
Show the above obligation to be void else to remain in full ?.
