To son John, lease of manner land, 87 a. in his Lordships Mill mannor called "Thompsons Hope."
To son James plantation I now live on called. "Tarlton's Good Luck," being pat of tract of tract called the 'Beverdam."
To son Jeremiah one lease of mannor land lying in his Lordships Hill Mannor, 35 a. called 'Indian Bridge."
To son Stephen one lease of mannor land lying in Woolsey Mannor, 44 a. called "Tarlton's Venture."
To son Stephen 44 a. of free land, being pt. of tract of land called "Elizabeth" formerly bought of Permenas Griffin.
To son John and son James, my old mill that formerly belonged to the Wheatleys, when they become of age.
Wife to enjoy profits of said mill till my son James arrives at age of 21.
