- Probate of the Last Will and Testament of THOMAS ROBY is granted to ANN ROBY Exrx, of the said Will
- The Last Will and Testament of THOMAS ROBY, deced., was proved by two of the wittnesses thereto subscribed & admitted to Record; the Enterlineing in the said Will being proved (by ye sd. Evidences) to be done by ye order of ye said deced.

- WILLIAM SCARBROUGH and FRANCES his Wife, Daughter and heire of ROWLAND MACKRORY, deced., haveing brot: an action of Trespass against ANN ROBY, Widow, and declareing for one hundred acres of land in this County & the Deft. produceing a sufficient Deed (well executed) made by the said ROWLAND MACKRORY to his Daughter, ELIZABETH ROBY & THOMAS ROBY hir Husband for the said Land, and by the said THOMAS ROBY given & bequeathed to the Deft. ANN ROBY, by his Last Will and Testament, which the Court doth adjudge ye said Deft. hath a good right to the said one hundred acres of land. the suit is therefore dismist wth: cost

TO ALL PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I the said ANN ROBY late Wife of Mr. THOMAS ROBY of County of Middlesex deced in consideration of naturall affection and motherly love wch I beare unto my three daughters SARAH WALLIS, CATHERINE WALLIS & JANE WALLIS Daughters of my late Husband VALLINTINE WALLIS deced as also for other causes do give unto my said three daughters Sarah, Catherine and Jane to each twenty pounds Sterling a peace in maner following that is to say twenty pounds Sterling to my daughter Sarah Wallis two yeares after the day of hir Marriage & to my two daughters Catherine and Jane to each of them twenty pounds Sterling at the day of each of there Marrige which said sums of twenty pounds Sterling apeice I do give to them to be paid to them either in Sterling or sweet sented Tobacco or Countrey Commodities in County aforesaid wch shall be of equall vallue. NOW KNOW YEE that Whereas Mr. THOMAS ROBY late of this County of Middlesex deced did give and bequeath to SARAH WALLIS and CATHERINE WALLIS and JANE WALLIS to each of them one thousand pounds of sweet sented Tobacco my intent is to include that Tobacco in this Deed of Gift. Wittness my this present 30th of December 1696

TO ALL PEOPLE I the said ANN ROBY late Wife of Mr. THOMAS ROBY of the County of Middlesex deced as well for naturall affection & motherly love which I bear unto my well beloved Son WILLIAM WALLIS of the County aforesaid the only Son and heire of my late Husband VALLINTINE WALLIS of the County aforesaid hath released unto William Wallis Sonn of the said Vallintine Wallis & his heires forever all manner of Dower & Right whatsoever which I now hath the plantation lands wch the said Vallentine Wallis at any time dureing the Coverture between him & said Ann and being in the County of Middx. aforesd or any maner or Right or tytle of Dower in the said plantacon shall be utterly debarred & forever excluded by these presents. In Wittness whereof I have subscribed my name & afixte my Seale this 30th December 1696
