Recorded Nov 10, 1738. Oct 4, 1738 from Thomas Hussey Lucket of CC, Gent, to Jeremiah Aderton of CC, son-in-law of the sd Thomas Hussey Lucket, for the love that he has for his sd son Jeremiah Aderton, and for 9 £sterling and for divers other causes, Lucket sells to sd Jeremiah Aderton and Anne, his wife, daughter of the sd Thomas Hussey Lucket, a parcel of land, being part of 3 tracts of land lying at Chinquamuxon [Chicamuxen Cr] in CC, the one called Mountagues Mountains, one other, Mountagues Addition, and the other called Aspinals Change, which sd parcels are bounded by a tract of land called Milune, so as to exclude such part of Aspinals Change which has been heretofore sold by sd Lucket to Thos Skinner or any other persons. The land being sold contains about and is now laid out for 206 acres. Signed - Thomas Hussey Lucket. Wit - Robert Hanson*, Bay Smallwood*. Eleanor, the wife of the said Thomas Hussey Lucket, released her dower.

Oct 4, 1738 from Thomas Hussey Lucket of CC, Gent, to Jeremiah Aderton of CC, son-in-law to the said Thomas Hussey Lucket, for the love that Lucket has for Aderton and also the yearly rents hereafter expressed and divers other causes, sd Lucket lease to sd Jeremiah Aderton and Ann, his wife, a parcel of land lying at Portobacco [Cr] in CC, part of a tract of land called Saint Patricks Hill (being the land and plantation whereon the said Thomas Hussey Lucket formerly dwelt), during the term of the natural life of sd Lucket. The yearly rent is 1 ear of Indian corn if demanded. It is mutually agreed that said Lucket shall give possession to sd Jeremiah Aderton of the within mentioned land and premises by Nov 10, 1739. At the request of Anne Aderton, wife of Jeremiah Aderton, the following account was recorded on Apr 25, 1748.
Son Jeremiah Aderton account current mentions: The Cumberland [a ship?], Mr. Gale master; Mr. Jos Vaniver, Gent, by son William acct. Mr Vanswergen, Mr. Blencow. Jan 29. Errors excepted by James Aderton.
Port Cumbree. Jan 28, 1742/3. This day came James Aderton and made oath that the above acct is true. Signed - Geo: Thompson. wit - Edwd Smith, Wm Ferryes.
This account settled in the Commissary's Office by Power of Attorney sent by my father-in-law, Mr. James Aderton to me, at the time Mary Venswergin, now Mary Deacon.

At the request of Jeremiah Aderton, the following deed was recorded on Mar 26, 1751.
Dec 12, 1750 from Thomas Hussy Luckett of CC, planter, to Jeremiah Aderton & Anne, his wife, for divers good causes and for 200 acres (being part of a tract of land called St Patricks Hill) in CC, of which the entail was cut oft by an Act of Assembly, passed at the City of Annapolis on May 16, 1740 an estate in fee simple invested in sd Luckett on condition that Luckett conveyed to sd Jeremiah Aderton & Ann, his wife, certain lands therein mentioned which will more at large appear by sd Act wherewith Luckett acknowledges himself fully satisfied by being invested with an estate in fee simple in the 200 acres by the act afd, and hereby grants sd Jeremiah Aderton and Anne, his wife, and the heirs of the body of sd Anne, and on default of such issue, to Mary, the daughter of Robert Price (mentioned in the afd Act) forever, a tract of land called Wadestones Enlargement, containing and patented for 100 acres, and also all that part of a parcel of land, being part of a tract called Wade Stone (both lying in Cs), containing 112 acres.
