I, Dorothy Adams of CC, being sick and weak in body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To Leonard Adams, 1 mantle clock.
To Samuel Adams son of Leonard Adams, my bureau.
To William Fielder Howell, negroes Henny and Hannible Joseph.
To Martha Allen Mangum, negro John.
To Catharine Howell, negro Hanson.
To Jane Beall, wife of Shadrick Beall, negro Ann.
To Elizabeth Howell, negro Kitty.
To Mary Howell, negro Henny.
Item: William Fielder Howell, Martha Allen Mangum, Catharine Howell and Jane Beall are to pay in consideration of what I have given and bequeath to them, to the heirs of James Howell the sum of 50 dollars. To George Henry Howell the sum of 40 dollars and to Richard Howell, the sum of 40 dollars.
To Letitia Willet daughter of George S. Willet, my looking glass.
To William N. Bean, all the rest and residue of my estate both personal and real.
To Elizabeth Willett wife of George S. Willet, 50 dollars.

I, Samuel Adams of CC, being infirm of body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To wife Dorothy Adams, all my estate both real personal and mixed to dispose of as she thinks proper.

That whereas the Reverend Lemuel Wilmer purchased of me, Samuel Adams, 20 acres of land which I bought of James Moore (deceased) which said land lies adjoining Henry A. Moore's land, Philip P. Ford's land and he said Reverend Lemuel Wilmer's land. And having been paid and I have no claim against him, I therefor devise the said land to Reverend Lemuel Wilmer.
