Will of Elizabeth Thacker of Middlesex County widow, being sick and weak, dated 20 May 1714.
To my five daughters my tract of land in Richmond County containing four hundred and sixty acres.
To my daughter Elizabeth Vivion one hundred acres to be laid of at her oun charge as soon as may be after my decease and to be contiguous in such part of the aforesaid tract as she shall make choice of.
To my daughter Frances Thacker one other hundred acres of the aforesaid tract.
To my daughter Martha one other hundred acres in such part as she or her guardian shall think fitt.
To my daughter Lattice one other hundred acres in such part as she or her guardian shall think fitt.
To my daughter Ann all the rest of my aforesaid tract. But in case any of my aforesaid five daughters
should dye before they come of age and without lawfull issue then what land or personall estate is hereby
given shall descend and goe to the survivors of these my daughters (and not to my sons they haveing a good estate in land from their father) to be equally devided amongst them.
What was left me by my deceased husband Henry Thacker to my aforesaid daughters to be equally shared.
My loveing brother William Daingerfield, my son-inlaw John Vivion and my nephew Edwin Thacker exors.

- JOHN SPICER by his Petition setting forth that he has intention to build a Mill on PAINE's DAM in the County aforesaid, but cannot proceed by .reason that JOHN VIVION and ELIZABETH his Wife, THOMAS VIVION and FRANCES his Wife, MARTHA THACKER and LETTICE THACKER, Spinsters, do own the land on the other side the said Creek and will not sell him an acres thereof; Whereupon it is considered by the Court and accordingly ordered that CORNELIUS EDMUNDS, THOMAS BROCK, GEORGE WHITE and JOHN GILBERT or any two of them being first sworn before some justices of the Peace
for this County some time before the next Court to be held for the said County layoff and value an acre of the said JOHN VIVION and ELIZABITH his Wife, THOMAS VIVION and FRANCES his Wife, MARTHA THACKER and LITfICE THACKER Spinsters Land convenient on the said CREEK for the said JOHN SPICERs building a Mill thereon as aforesd. not taking away any Houses Orchards or the immediate conveniences of the parties aforesd. And that they report their proceeding to the next Court

Indenture 6th/7th July 1727 between ELIZABETH VIVION Widow of the Parish of Christ Church County of Middlesex and NICHOLAS SMITH of Parish of Sittenbourn County of King George Gent. .. by deeds of Lease and Release .. for one hundred pounds of Lawfull money of Virginia sold 116 acres between land which NICHOLAS SMITH purchased of RICE CURTIS and MARTHA his wife and land of THOMAS VIVION and are part of a Pattent granted to JOHN PAINE who gave the same to his granddaughter ELIZABETH who by her Last Will and Testament bequeathed the same to her four Daughters to be equally divided which said Division was made and bounded by EDWARD BARROW Surveyor of Richmond County dated 2nd August 1720 and alotted to ELIZABETH party to these presents ..
