George Tow aged 24 yeares or thereabouts saith that he being present when, Rob: Hudson did make sale of a parcell of land unto Wm. Beach, did heare Beach demand of Rob. Hudson to give him assurance of the said land, whereupon Rob: Hudson replyed he would give him no more assurance than this, the land was surveyed in my name by Mr. John Luger, whereupon they agreed.
