It is alsoe ordered JOHN ELLIOTT, NICHOLAS MEWES,. NICHOLAS DOWNTON and HENRY ROE or any three ofthem being first sworn before one her ofMajties Justices for this County doe some tyme between this and the next Court value andappraise the Estate and make return thereof to next Court
