I MARK FINKS of Culpeper County in the Colony of Virginia being I bless God in perfect sound sense & memory .. do therefore make & ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following. Imprimis I give & bequeath to my loving Wife ELIZABETH FINKS my bay mare & my horse Buck that I bought at DAVID YAWTERs sale to dispose of as he thinks proper then I give & bequeath to my son MARK FINKS my yellow bay horse named Prince to him & his heirs forever. Item I give & bequeath to my son JOHN FINKS my Black horse branded IW o him and his heirs forever. Item I give & bequeath to my son ANDREW FINKS my small black horse named Jack to him and his heirs forever.
