      Indenture made 18th day of July eighteen Hundred and twenty
      Between William H. Lyles of Prince Georges County of the one part and John Sothoran of St. Marys County
      William H. Lyles for the sum of one Hundred Dollars in hand the receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge hath given granted bargained and Sold unto John Sothoran his heirs and assigns the following Negroes to wit: Negro Patty aged twenty five years and her two children with their increase William aged four years and Thomas Hanson aged Six Months to have and to Hold forever in trust to and for the uses intents and purposes that is to say in trust for the use of Elizabeth Attaway Clagett of the county first aforesaid untill She arrives at the age of eighteen years or day of marriage when the said property is to be delivered into the possession of said Elizabeth Attaway Clagett *without issue it is hereby declared to be the intent of these presents that the said property shall revert to him the said William H. Lyles and all the right title and interest claims and pretentions of any and every person whatever
