Children: Richard Wainwright, Susanna Chunn and Elizabeth Barber. the residue of my estate equally divided.

At the request of Thomas Price the following Deed was recorded October 10, 1809
Indenture made September 19, 1809; James Gray Evans of the town of Dumfries, Prince William County, Virginia in consideration of $500 current money of the United States of America paid by Thomas Price of CC has sold part of a tract called "Brett's Good Chance" which was bequeathed to him by his father Alexander Evans who purchased of Allen Martin and runs agreeably to the courses of the deed from Allen Martin to Alexander Evans dated March 7, 1788 and binding on a division line between Richard Wainwright and James Gray Evans and containing 97 acres. Also part of "Brett's Good Chance" containing 15 acres which was also bequeath to him by his father Alexander Evans to be laid out of 50 acres deeded by Allen Martin to Alexander Evans March 7, 1788 and which said 15 acres has never been laid off. Signed James G. Evans in the presence of and acknowledged before Samuel Hanson, Hezekiah Garner
