      Mr. Daniell Hutt impleaded Oliver Bailfe for nonperformance of a condition with Mr. Henry Meese concerneing the delivery of certaine hoggs to Hutt, attorny of Mr. Meese. Upon full heareing it was the opinion of the Court that Ballfe had delivered all the hoggs but one bore according to his contract.

Oliver Balfe in Westmoreland County to John Livingston in Yorke County. Oliver's plantation containing 200 acres, reserving to Oliver Balfe his dwelling house upon the plantation til Christmass day next in 1664, with a piece of new ground on the other side of the swamp and liberty to transplant 20 trees out of the orchard Oliver planting the like twenty in the room thereof. John Livingston does oblidge him to pay to Oliver Balfe 10,000 weight of tobacco and to send four hundred [sic; hands?] this year up to the plantation who are to be ordered by the appointment of Oliver for planting of tobacco whensoever Oliver pleases, Oliver allowing what the product of his tobacco cropt to be planted by the four hands shall amount in the first end payment of the 10,000 weight and to pay Country leveys, and what the next year's crop to be planted by the four hands shall come short of payment of the full 10,000 weight, John Livingston oblidges himself to pay to Oliver in the next years. Moreover, Oliver binds him to procure the consent of Mr. Robert Williams and Mrs. Frances Williams his wife to confirm the premises.
