      "being at present in an indifferent health of Body ..."
      Bequeaths to:
      1 Susannah Hoxton --wife
      -to have for her natural life the land which testator purchased from Benjamin Trueman being part of a tract of land called -Blackwell cont. 193 1/2 acres
      -to have the land which testator owns at the mouth of the Eastern Branch of the Potomac River called "St, Elizabeth" cont. 600 acre
      -to have Negro wench "Pegg" and her son "Jack" and also "my House maid Charity" -to have all of testator's household furniture, all plate, and all stock of horses, cattle, sheep, and hogs along w/ all plantation utensils
      -to have testator's "wheel carriages" for her natural life and all the above in order to maintain and support testator's children
      -to have the sum of 200 pounds current money "ro enable her to build a Dwelling House on the lands hereby bequeathed to her" in the will--and to have her choice of building on either St. Elizabeth's" or "Blackwell" and the 200 pounds to be med in gold or silver —being Spanish Dollars at 7 shillings 6 pence sterling per dollar, and to be at her sole disposal --as the building of the house "was meetly mentioned for her convenience if she thought proper to apply it that way „ ,"
      -to have one third of the remainder of the estate with the other 2 thirds to be divided into 10 parts with testator's son Stanislaus to have one tenth, and Walter Hyde Hoxton to have one tenth and the remaining 8 tenths to be divided among testator's five daugthers -wearing apparel not to be considered as part of the personal estate to he given as
      widow deems proper
      -named executrix along w/ testator's nephew Benjamin Harrison and testator's son Walter Hyde Hoxton
      2. Walter Hyde Hoxton --son
      -after widow's decease to have the said land
      -testator has given to him on the day of the writing of the will, Negro woman "Phillis" by deed of gift.
      3. Stanislaus Hoxton --son
      -at widow's decease to have "Blackwell" cont. 600 acres if he arrives to the age of 21, and should he die before coining of age, then the land is to be acid and the proceeds from the sale to be divided among testator's daughters that are living at the time.
