      "being sick and weak in Body
      Bequeaths to:
      1. Stanislaus Hoxton --half-brother
      -to have all that part of three tracts of land "Brooke Cow—" "Joseph and Mary"
      and also part of a tract called "Blackwell" willed to testator by his father the whole cont. 79 acres
      2. Ann Mary Hoxton --half sister
      -to have the lands left to testator's half-brother should he the w/out heirs and should both die W/out heirs, the. land is to be sold at public venduc for best advantage and the money to be divided among testator's half-sisters then
      -to have all of testator's right and title to a tract or part of a tract of land lying in Charles County called '`The Loving Brothers" cont. in acres and to have all of testator's right to any other lands lying in Charles County
      -whereas Susannah Hoxton "my Honoured grand Mother" did by her last will and testament dated 06/23/1767 did bequeath to him and his brother John Hoxton one fourth part of the money arising on the part or the estate she ordered sold and which money is in the hands of her executor Mr. Clement Smith, testator desires that all his part of the money be given to Ann Mary., and since testator's brother John is since dead, then he should be entitled to the whole sum., which is to be devised to her. -testator's 1/2 part of the sloop Caroline to the highest bidder at Magruder's Warehouse and the money to be applied to the discharge of testator's debts with her to have the remainder

      -where they did sell at public vendue at the request of testator and Mr. Thomas Lee a tract of land called "Marsh" lying in Charles County whereon Aaron Goodrich now lives and Mr. Raphael Boarman of Charles County becanic a purchaser and passed his bond to testator for the purchase money, testator wishes that the judge who presides
      in Charles County convey the titre of the lands to Boarman
      -Walter Brooke to have the sum of 40 pounds current money
