      PP 41-41a IN THE NAME OF GOD Amen. I being Sick & weeke of Body but of Perfect Sence & Memory Doe bequeath my Soule to my Redeemer and my body to ye Earth, and all ye Rest of my worldly Estate as followeth.
      ltm, I doe give unto my two Brothers WM. & JNO. BUNBURY the land yt my Father in Law WM. BANKES now lives upon to ym & ye heires for ever to be equally divided betwixt ym & to suffer my sd Father in Law & my Mother his Wife to live quietly & peaceably all yr Lives upon ye Land.
      itm. I give my Sorrell horse called Rebbell to my Brother WM. BUNBURY.
      Itm. I give to my Brother JOHN a Cow called limey & her Yearlinge.
      Item I give to my Brother JOHN BUNBURY ye Cow & Calfe yt Mr. JAMES ASHTON gave me.

      Page 69-70 THIS INDENTURE made this Seaventeenth day of November 1687 Betweene MARY REVETT Widdow & Relict of JONAH REVETT late of County of Stafford Planter Deced of one part and CAPT. GEORGE BRENT of said County. Whereas Sr. WM. BERKELEY Lieut. Governor & Capin Generall of Virginia by his Letters Pattent undr the Seale of' the Cottony beareing date the first day of June 1663 give &Grants unto Mr. ISAAC WATSON & MR. SAMUELL MOTTERSHED four hundred acres of land situate in WESTMORELAND COUNTY bounded on the South East syde with the land of EDWD. PARKER West Southwest to the Woods NNE upon the head of a Creeke which boundeth this land and a tract of one thousand acres of Mr. VALLENTINE PEYTON, and downe the said Creeke to the place where the tract first began the said land being formerly granted to RICHD. COTSFORD by Pattent beareing date ye 20 Augt 1655 and then granted to the sd ISAAC WATSON & SAMUELL MOTTERSBED & by Ordr of Court dated 31 of March 1662 a also by & for the transportation of Eight persons into this Colloney To Have and To Hold to them the said ISAAC WATSON & SAMUELL MOTTERSHED their heires as by the said in part recited Pattent and Whereas the said ISAAC WATSON & SAMUEL MOTTERSHED did assigne over all their right & title of the said land to RICH. HEATH his heires and assig,nes as by a record thereof acknowledged the 7 of December 1663 in JAMES CITTY COUNTY more at large may appeare & Whereas the said RICHARD HEATH by THO: BUNBURY his Attorney did grante all the title to the premises to JAMES WILKINS & to his heires as by record thereof acknowledged in ye County Court records of Stafford the 9 Septr. 1663 will appeare and Whereas the said JAMES WILKINS did sett over all his Right to the premises by his Attorney WM. NORWOOD unto the said MARY REVETT as by a record thereof acknowld. in the said Court ty Court of Stafford the thirty first day of Augt 1670 will appeare. NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH that the said MARY REVETT for & in consideration of the sume of Six thousand pounds of Toba Caske to her paid by GEORGE BRENT hath sold unto the said GEORGE BRENT the granted premises In Witness whereof

      This Sale of Land was acknowld. in the County Court of Stafford by said MARY REVETT unto Capt GEORGE BRENT this 16 day of Novembr 1687 And was then recorded This Deed has relation to an Assignmt. from within to the sd REVETT recorded the 31 day of Aug 1670
