To wife Ruth Biggs, plantation which I now live on, during her lifetime and afterward to my son John and If he should die without heirs then to son Samuel.
To son Henry Biggs, tract that he now lives on called "Coombs Purchase."
Rest of personal estate to my six children, son Samuel and 5 daus before mentioned [names of daus are not mentioned in this record. Ed.].

Indenture made November 7, 1754; William Talbert of PGCo in consideration of 3200 pounds of tobacco paid by Samuel Biggs of Charles County, Maryland has sold part of a tract called "Radford's Chance" containing 22 acres beginning at "Hunter's Folly". Signed William Talbert in the presence of and acknowledged before John Hepburn
