THIS INDENTURE TRIPARTITE made this day of (blank) in year one thousand seven hundred and Eighty (blank) Between CHARLES WASHINGTON and MILDRED his Wife, late of Town of Fredericksburg of the first part; BURGESS BALL and FANNY his Wife of the second part; And ROBERT FORSYTH of the third part. Whereas CHARLES WASHINGTON Esqr. being seized in fee of two certain lotts of land known in the plan of the Town of Fredericksburg by the numbers (70) and (80) and being so seized for a valuable consideration him thereunto moving make over the two Lofts aforesd. to the aforesaid BURGESS BALL, which said two Lotts the said BURGESS BALL before a Conveyance had from the said CHARLES WASHINGTON for the sum of money hereafter mentioned did agree to sell unto the said ROBERT FORSYTH. Now this Indenture witnesseth that the said CHARLES WASHINGTON and MILDRED his Wife for value received and divers other good causes and the said BURGESS BALL and FANNY his Wife for Two hundred and fifty pounds current money to them paid by ROBERT FORSYTH have granted unto the said ROBERT FORSYTH his heirs and assigns forever; To have & to hold the said two Lotts and premisses with all appurtenances belonging and the said CHARLES WASHINGTON and BURGESS BALL each for himself and his heirs do warrant that the said ROBERT FORSYTH his heirs shall peaceably enjoy the said two Lotts clear from molestation of them and their heirs and every other person. In Witness whereof the said CHARLES WASHINGTON and MILDRED his Wife and BURGESS BALL and FANNY his Wife have sett their hands and seals
