      IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN I MARGARET MICOU being sick and weak but of sound & perfect memory do make ordain and constitute this my Last Will and Testament in manner following Viz.
      IMPRS. I give and bequeath to my Son PAUL MICOU all my Right and Title to and in the following Slaves Viz. Jo a Mulatto, Rose his Wife and her four sons Charles, David, Achilles & Ben, Jack and Judy his Wife, Peg, Ralph, Nanny the Daughter of Judy as also the hogs and cattle on the Plantation where I now live, to him and his heirs forever.
      To my Daughters MARGARET FAINTLEROY & MARY the Wife of Mr. JOSHUA FRY I leave each of them Ten pounds Currt money to be paid them by my Son PAUL MICOU out of the Produce of my Tobacco in his hands.
      To my Daughter JUDITH I give and bequeath my chaise and also a purse of Gold now in her possession containing about Thirty pounds.
      To my Son HENRY and his heirs forever I give and bequeath my land at PEUMANSEND provided he allow my Daughter JUDITHs Negros to be worked thereon Rent free until she be married the part whereon they are to be worked to be appointed by my Son PAUL.
      To my Grandaugh ter CLARA MICOU the Daughter of JOHN MICOU I give and bequeath one Negro girl named Sarah the Daughter of Peg to her and her heirs forever.
      LASTLY to my Son PAUL MICOU I bequeath the remainder of my Estate of what kind so ever and appoint him Executor of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have signed and sealed the same December 16th 1740

      PAUL MICOU and MARGRETT his Wife, GILBERT METCALFE and SUSAN his Wife and ISAAC TRUCK and MARY his Wife came into Court and made Oath that JOHN CAMOCK departed this life without makeing any Will soe farr as they know or believe and on their Petition and giveing security for their just and faithfull administration of the Decedent's Estate, Certificate is granted them for obtaining Letters of Administration in due form

      PAUL MICOU, GILBERT METCALFE, ISAAC TRUCK, NICHOLAS SMITH, WILLIAM WOODBRIDGE, WILLIAM COLSTON, WILLIAM THORNTON and THOMAS BROCK came into Court and acknowledged their Bond for PAUL MICOU, GILBERT METCALFE and ISAAC TRUCK and their Wifes just and faithful administration of the Estate of JOHN CAMOCK, decd which is ordered to be recorded
