i. Benjamin WIGGINTON was born in VA, and died 1827 in Culpeper County, VA. He married Mary Thornbury .
ii. James Johnson WIGGINTON , was born in VA, and died 1847. He married Sarah Anne PENDLETON, daughter of William PENDLETON and Elizabeth DANIEL.
iii. Anne Nancy WIGGINTON was born 8 NOV 1756.
iv. Mary WIGGINTON was born 11 OCT 1764 in VA, and died BEF 1817 in Louisville, , KY. She married John MITCHELL. She married Samuel Thornbury .

Will of Sarah Wigginton Frederick County, Virginia August 11, 1811 Will Book 9 I Sarah Wigginton of Frederick County, Virginia being tolerable healthy and with perfect senses and memory do make and ordain this to be my last will and Testament. In the first place, I want all my debts and funeral expenses to be paid. First, I give into the hands of my Executors here after named (for the) sole use and benefit of my daughter, Nancy Wigginton Mitchell, the following negros, Dave, Beth, and their three children, named Patty, Ellick, and Harriet Anne (alias Kip) and Jenny Judith and her two children, Mary and one that has not been named yet, Isabella and a negro boy named Charles and a girl named Silva with all the stock, household and kitchen furniture. The wagon and gear with all the plantation tools on my plantation in Culpeper County, Virginia and my large walnut table and desk in Frederick County, Virginia, all of this I wish my said daughter to have the benefit of as long as she lives. After her death, I give the said negros and their increase to be equally divided amongst her children or their representatives except her son William Mitchell who is to have no part of my estate. He shall pay to his mother the sum of four hundred dollars by the first day of December next. In no other manner shall he ever receive any benefit of my estate. But if he should proffer the payment aforesaid and by the time aforesaid, then it is my wish that he may come in for an equal part of my estate with the rest of my children or his brothers and sisters, but he accounting out of his part the siege of fifty dollars which I lent him several years ago. But in case any of my grand children should die leaving no lawfull children, then in that case it is my will and desire that their part may be equally divided among the other surviving children or their representatives except my grandson William Mitchell, who is not to receive any part or no consideration whatever unless he complies with the payment of the four hundred dollars as aforesaid and before mentioned the first day of December or at any rate by Christmas. I have here before given to my son Benjamin Wigginton land in Stafford County, Virginia, which I have a right to keep during my life time, as well as a negro man named Moe and a negro girl named Frankey as well as I can recollect he has had the sum of two hundred dollars or near that sum off of me and has had the use of it for several years. I suppose it has been seven or eight years. I now give unto my son Benjamin Wigginton, the following negros, Dick and Adam, one feather bed and furniture, and my sorrel mare that is in Culpeper County, Virginia which I give to him and his heirs forever. I give and bequeath to my son James Wigginton, the following negros, John, Moses, Sue and Jennie, also one feather bed and furniture and the and the other articles of furniture now in his house not other wise disposed of, my sorrel mare named Apollo, and my mule colt that is now in his possession to him and his heirs forever. I give to my daughter Mary Thornbury , the wife of Samuel Thornbury , six hundred dollars, half of this my son Benjamin must pay as he has had my money so long in his hands and has not paid any interest for the same, and the other three hundred dollars my son James must pay, which payment is my wish that he pay with twelve months after my decease. I direct that my young bay horse be sold and the money be applied toward the payment of the six hundred dollars. I give to my granddaughter Betty Settle, the wife of Edward Settle, one negro girl named Amey to her and her heirs forever. I give to my grandson William Pendleton Wigginton, as soon as he comes to the age of twenty years old one negro boy named Lewis. I give to my grandson James Botts Wigginton, when he shall come to the age of twenty years, one negro boy named Robin. I appoint my son Benjamin Wigginton and my son James Wigginton with my friend Thomas Yancy Executors of this my last will and Testament hereby revoking all other wills by me made and this only to be considered my last will and testament whereof I have here unto set my hands and seal this thirteenth day of August, 1811. Securities for Sarah, widow of James, were a Benjamin and John Wigginton, who may have been cousins from Prince William County, Virginia."

1783 Personal Property list shows Sarah Wigginton on the same page as a Benjamin Wigginton and Sabina Botts. Sarah had 8 slaves, 10 horses, 4 cattle and 3 tithes. Benjamin Wigginton had 1 white male over 21, 1 slave, 2 horses, 1 cattle and 1 tithe. Sabina Botts had 4 slaves, 14 horses, 4 cattle, and 4 tithes. Also listed on the same page were Robert Millian, Aaron Botts, Richard Fristoe, William Botts, Moses Bridwell, John Botts and Joseph Botts.
1784 Page 224: 1784 Personal Property Tax of Stafford Co. List shows Sabina Botts followed by Sarah Wigginton which strongly suggests that this was in fact Sarah Botts Wigginton, widow of James.
Sarah was listed in 1784 with 8 slaves, 20 horses and 8 cattle.
1785 Page 183: 1785 List of Inhabitants and buildings shows Sarah Wigginton with 3 in family, 1 dwelling and 1 other building. This same list is found in 1785 Heads of Families List of Stafford County, Va. Page 258:
1785 Personal Property Tax List shows Sarah Wigington with 1 male over 16, 2 slaves over 16, 6 slaves under 16, 3 horses and 6 cattle. (Sabina Botts, was identified as deceased on page 255)
1786 Page 280: 1786 Personal Property Tax List shows S. Wiggington with 1 slave over 16, 6 slaves under 16, 2 horses and 9 cattle.
1787 The 1787 Census of Virginia compiled by Schreiner- Yantis & Love, 1990 on page 716 shows Sarah Wigginton in Culpeper County, Virginia with 1 male 17 to 20, 2 slaves over 16, 8 slaves under 16, 5 horses and 9 cattle.
1788 The 1788 Personal Property Tax List of Stafford County, Va. lists Sarah Wigginton.
1800 The Virginia Genealogist lists the Culpeper County 1800 Tax Lists which included the following entries: 16:279-80 Wigginton, Richard Y. 1-11- 9-2, 1 stage wagon Wigginton, Sarah 1-5-4-2
The Botts Family Information Sarah Botts was the daughter of Seth and Sabrina Bridwell Botts. Seth Bots was the son of Thomas Botts
Mrs. Sarah Botts Wigginton died testate in Frederick County, Virginia in 1813. Her will mentions land in Stafford, Culpeper, and Frederick Counties
