Jun 10, 1724 from Owen Reed of Prince Georges County, tanner, to Thomas Ogden of CC, planter, for 2000 lbs of tobacco and for divers other good causes, a certain tract of land in CC called REEDS TANYARD at Zachia'-'[Swamp]''near the land of Samuel Baggott called BAGGOTTS WOODYARD, bounded by an oak standing near one of the forks of Jordans Branch, containing and laid out for about 80 acres.
