      This Indenture made the Seventh day of December 1768 Between RICHARD TUTT of Culpeper County of one part and WILLIAM PENN of same Witnesseth that said Richard Tutt for sum Five pounds current money of Virginia hath granted unto said William Penn fifty acres being in Culpeper County and Saint Marks Parish on a branch of Muddy Run the same being part of 400 acres granted to WILLIAM TUTT by the right Honourable THOMAS LORD FAIRFAX Proprietor of the Northern Neck of Virginia by Deed from the Proprietors Office date the 11th day of June 1749 and by the death of the said William Tutt the aforesaid land fell to the said Richard Tutt and the said fifty acres is bounded Beginning at two white oaks and one red oak on JAMES TUTT's line and runs thence South to two white oak saplins near a branch in James Tutts line thence with his line North to the Beginning place ...
