NOTE: (Edward FLEETE was the brother of Henry FLEETE, pilot of the Ark & Dove to Maryland in 1633. His widow, Sarah ?, married
2) John WALKER, and
3) John STONE- all members of the Family Network).
The daughter of John and Sarah WALKER, Sarah, married Edwin CONWAY, son of Edward Lord CONWAY, Secretary of England, Privy Council member, and apparently, a Peer of the Realm. Edwin CONWAY married
1) Elizabeth THOMPSON.
I also have that Edwin married Martha ELTONHEAD d. abt 1652. The daughter of Edwin and Martha CONWAY, Eltonhead, married 1) William STANARD (an early PAYNE connection) and married 2) Henry THACKER.

Fenwick, Jane, widow of Cuthbert Fenwick, Patuxent, CalvertCo., 24th Nov., 1660; 12th Dec., 1660.
To sons Robert, Richard and John Fenwick, lands equally, including home plantation, "Little Fenwick," and "Mousieur's Plantation;" division to be made when eld. son Robert attain age of 18 yrs. No stock to be sold until Cuthbert Fenwick be 21 yrs. of age.
To Teresa Fenwick, personalty at 16 yrs. of age.
To son-in-law (stepson) Cuthbert Fenwick, personalty with which to stock his seat of land.
To son-in-law (stepson) Ignatius Fenwick, personalty.
To servants, white, Indian, and negro, personalty.
Guardians: Cuthbert Fenwick afsd., together with Ignatius at 21 yrs. of age. In event of death of 3 child., viz., Robert, Richard and John, under age, lands to pass to Cuthbert, Ignatius and Teresa Fenwick, and ?? personal estate to Roman Catholic Church, and residue of personalty to be divided among child, of sisters Conaway and Marra.

BE IT KNOWN unto all men by these pr:sents that I ye Ladye AGATHA CHICHELEY for & in consideracon of ye love & affection I beare unto my Neace, ye Daughter of EDWIN CONAWAY, doe freely give & grante to her ye sd ELTONHEAD, one black browse Cow called Thacker cropt on ye right & underkeeled on ye left; To have & to hold the sd Cow wth: all her increase both male & female unto ye sd ELTONHEAD her heirs Exers. & Admistrs: for ever; And if in case she ye sd ELTONHEAD should decease before she shal come to age, then I doe give y sd Cow both male & female unto my Sister, MARTHA, ye Wife of ye sd EDWIN CONAWAY, to have & to hold ye sd Cow wth all her increase both male & female for ever unto her ye sd MARTHA her heirs Executrs, Admistrs. & assignes In Witness whereof I ye sd AGATHA CHICHELEY have hearunto set my hand & seale this 7th day of May 1653
