THIS INDENTURE made the 10th day of November 1703 Between JNO. DAINGERFEILD JUNR of ye County of ESSEX of the one part and MARY CONWAY of the County of Middlesex of ye other part Witnesseth that Whereas there is a MARRIAGE suddinly intended to be solemnized between the said John Daingerfeild junr. and the said Mary Conway Now to ye said Mary shall enjoy to her and her heires forever that part of her Estate in these presents hereafter mentioned the said John Daingerfeild ,Junr doth promise that ye said Mary Conway & her Heires shall have to her own proper use One Mullatto Woman Slave named Sarah and her three children by name Biller Moll and Franck together with one young Man Negro slave named Bliley, one feather bedd and furniture. one Silver Tankard, two Gold rings to remain unto ye said Mary Conway and her heires forever and this Instrument in Writeing to be no barr to ye said Mary of any third or part of my estate that shall come to her in case of ye Death of ye said Jno, Daingerfeild Junor before her ye said Mary.
