To son Clement at 18 yrs. and hrs., all land between Black Wat, with Branch and Wolf Trap Branch, and running to the Iron Stone hill by Chaptico Old Indian patent.
To son Thomas at 18 yrs. and. hrs., that part of ‘‘St. Johns" land on w. side St. Clements.
To dau. Elizabeth Joseph and hrs., 400 A., part of "St. Johns" afsd. (For description see will). In event of her death without issue, to pass to on Clement and hrs. and son Thomas and hrs., successively.
To son Luke at 18 yrs. and hrs.., that part of "St. Johns'' on which testator lived (for description see will), at decease or marriage of wife Elizabeth.
To dau. Monica, part of "St. John" a.fscl. lying next part bequeathed to dau. Eliza: Joseph afsd.
