To son Thomas at 18 yrs. and. hrs., that part of ‘‘St. Johns" land on w. side St. Clements. To dau. Elizabeth Joseph and hrs., 400 A., part of "St. Johns" afsd. (For description see will). In event of her death without issue, to pass to on Clement and hrs. and son Thomas and hrs., successively. To son Luke at 18 yrs. and hrs.., that part of "St. Johns'' on which testator lived (for description see will), at decease or marriage of wife Elizabeth. To dau.
