MARY BURDEN should dye before the terminaon of the tyme abovesd., then the sd. somme to devolve unto the next heire or heires of Mrs. SARA FLEETEs body begotten by the abovesd. Coll. JOHN WALKER & for the true performance of the p:misses, I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this 15th day of Octob: 1662
      THE CONDICON of this Obligation is such that if the abovesd. Coll: JO: WALKER, his heires Executors, Administrators or assignes doe well & truly pay or cause to bee paide the just somme of two hundred pounds of good and lawful' money of England unto the abovesd: MARY BURDEN, accordinge as in the above sd.       TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come Know yee that I SARAH STONE alias WALKER of the County of Rappa did in the time of my widowhood but before I had proved the Will of Conel JOHN WALKER my late Husband deceased did set apart certaine young Negroes certaine Cattle some Plate and household stuff which I did intend to give unto the Children of Collo. JOHN WALKER deceased as also to some of my owne had by him and to that intent RICHARD FOX did make a writing of the particulars doe intended upon consideration that it might oblige them the more to Love and Respect me and stir up filial! affections in them unto me but finding contrary to Expectation I am for my good will and affection to them contemned & despised and Rewarded wth Contumelious words and opprobrious actions and my loving Husband JOHN STONE molested by Litigious Lawsuits and daily threatened by more Suites of Law doe by these presents annul! make void and of none effect the said Instrument of Wrighting annulling revoking and making void all and every the said premises part parcel! or gift therein contained in the said Wrightings as if there never was or had been any such Gifts by Writing made and giving them fully to the disposing of my own loving husband and do further declare that I the said SARAH STONE alias WALKER did never subscribe the said Wrighting but what is there subscribed is the act and subscription of RICHARD FOX and doe moreover with the consent of my loving Husband JOHN STONE make and appoint Mr. HENRY CLERK my true and lawful!
