Dec 23, 1772 from Major (Major) Sweeny and Anne, his wife, of St Mary's County, to Mary Ireland of the same County, for the natural love that they have for sd Mary Ireland and for 10 £, after the death of sd Anne, all their right to all the land in CC which was given to sd Anne by her father, George Dent, lying on Mattowoman Swamp.
