      To all Christian People to whom these presents Shall come to Be Soon read or under stood Send Greating in our Lord God everlasting Know Yee that I John Harris of Prince Georges County in the province of Maryland Planter for Divers good Causes and Considerations and thereunto More Especially Moving and for ye Naturall Love and respect I Bare unto my Loving Son John Harris of Charles County in the province a foresaid and for his more Competent and Comfortable Living and for Divers other Causes me there unto Moving I Do Give and Bequeath unto ye Said Jno Harris and His heirs for ever all my Stock of Hoggs and Cattle With their Issues afsd Marked with one Cropp in the left ear and three Slitts in the Same with all my furniture an HousHold goods &: whether Moveable or Immoveable together with all the rights Members Jurisdictions Priviledges, profitts and Benefitts thereunto Belonging to me or in anywise Containing ye Same To Have and to hold ye Said Stock of Cattle and hoggs &: unto them the Said Jno Harris and Elisabeth his wife & to their heirs for ever with their Issues adsd together with all ye rigths priviledges &: as afd and all other the appeartaines whatsoever thereunto Belonging or in anywise appertaining unto them ye Said John Harris & Eliz: his wife and to their Heirs for ever to the only proper use and Behoofs of them the Said John and Eliz & their heirs forever and to no other use intent or purpose whatsoever and I do hereby Warrant and Defend unto them the Said John and Eliz. & their heirs the afd hoggs and Cattle and all other the promises aforesaid from any person or persons Whatsoever that Shall or may Claim to any of aforesaid premises to have by given and Bequeath as aforesaid & every part and parcell thereof & from all Bargaines Sales and all other Incumbrances & Whatsoever Had Made or Done Before & Sealing and Delivery of these presents and I do hereby Put ye Said John and Eliz into the quiet possession of ye afd premises by ye Delivery of a piece of Silver Annexed to ye Seale of the use presently as Witness my hand and Seale this Seventh day of November in the year of our Lord God One thousand Seven hundred & Twenty & Signed Sealed and Deliver'd in the presence of &:

      Lord Proprietary vs John Jones. incontinent living with Mary Fountain. Convict on Submission.
      At last Jun CC Court, by the oath of 15 Jurors, namely Thomas Matthews &c, was presented John Jones for incontinent living with Mary Fountain after admonishment of the Vestry.
      And now here, the afd John, in the custody of the Sheriff, Richard Tarvin, Gent, to the bar here brought, comes, and protesting that he is in no wise guilty, but for that he will not contend with the Proprietary in this part, he submits himself to the Court's Grace. Ordered that sd John be fined 600 lbs of tobacco or 30 shillings, upon which the sd John paid the fine of 30 shillings and Robert Yates of CC, merchant, into Court here in his proper person came and became Pledge and Security for the afd John to pay the Court fees, and thereupon the sd John is dismissed.

      Lord Proprietary vs Mary Fountain, wife of Thomas Fountain. Incontinent living with John Jones. Convict on Submission. At last Jun CC Court, by the oath of 15 Jurors, namely Thomas Matthews &c, was presented Mary Fountain, wife of Thomas Fountain, for incontinent living with John Jones after the admonishments of the Vestry.
