Testator desires that his exs. recover tract of land known as "Lee Langly" from William Wilkinson. This tract to be immediately sold and the proceeds to. be divided among daus. afsd.
Ex.: Father Philip and bros. Francis, Henry and Thomas.
Test: Benjamin Fendall, Jacob Andrew Minitree, Tobias Coahagon.
Note: Henry and Francis Lee renounced the execution of this will as they entend to go to England. 22.91

To friend Lettice Thompson, 20 guineas to be laid out in plate as she thinks proper, with proper emblems of gratitude engraved thereon.
To Mrs. Margaret Symmer, one ring. (unknown relationship)
To sister Elizabeth Marbury, same.
To nephew Colmore Beans, all remaining pt. of estate.
Desire ex, to pay sister Mary Sutton, 1,000 lbs, tobacco until such time as my affairs are settled; In case of her death, money arising on Interest left to nephew Colmore Beanes, Ito go toward the maintenance of his children until such time as nephew shall arrive at age or the marriage of my sd sisters children.
Appoint John Lee., Jr. of Virginia as trustee in my stead, to see the marriage articles performed between Doctor Adam Thompson and Mrs. Lettice Wardrop.

To 2 daus: Alice Corbin Thomson and Mary Lee Thomson, all of estate equally; if they die before 21 years of age unmarried the above as follows:
To Alexander Symmer, Jr., son of my sister, all my lands and tenements,
To Alexander Symmer, Jr., and the other children of my sister and My sister all negroes and personal estate equally, during life then to Joseph Sim and George Lee.
To Hancock Lee, son of my brother John Lee, picture, silver bowl.
To Mary Brooke Sims daughter of my husband Col. Josepb Sim, In case both my children die 100 Guineas.
