      To wife, Mary, all my lands near the Bay of Chesapeake in St. Mary's County, that Is, the plantation now in the possession of Lewis
      Oliver called "Clockers Marsh," the plantation on which Mark Stephens deceased formerly lived, the plantation of "Dunbarr," dwelling house, out houses, furniture, Negroes in my own possession and the Negroes of my property which are in the possession of Robert Vaulx now of Westmoreland County, Virginia. Also to wife lands now known in VA. Also plantation adj John at Clark's plantation) commonly called "Strife," together with the plantation (adj widow Clarke) called "The Brook"; also plantation now in the possession of James King called "His Lordships Favour," together with 58 a. of manor land adjacent. After my wife's decease then to my friend Barnaby Egan now of St. Mary's Co.
      To Catharine Benson, spinster, and niece to my said wife, the sum of 100 pounds sterl.
