22 hogs & 26 pigs small & great; 3 coves, one Cow Calf & one stere of 2 yeares old, one old feather bed, one old bolster, one old pillow, one green rug, one matt & cord; one old rug, one old boldster &a p:cell of flocks, one cold chest, one old chest & a padlock, one old broken iron pott, one pare of pot hooks & rackes & a pewter dish, one pestle, one old ax &one old peece of a bed cord; one old brush, a issue plate of Sylvar, an old Bible & an old hat; disposed of for a Taffity hood, wch: Bible & Hood we thought fit to give to ye Children; one debt due to ye Estate from THO: HOPKINS for a mayd. Servt., a necklice of Amber Beads by ye report of JOHN ESSEX his Wife, one Cow & one Heyfer, swallow forkt. on ye right eare & slits in ye left; Total 6876

- Whereas it doth appeare unto the Cort: by the confession of PHILLIP CARPENTER that JOHN BENNETT lent a BOATE to him, the said CARPENTER, & JOHN KNIGHT, joyntlye and thes aid BOATE not returned by them againe to the said JN: BENNETT, And whereas the said PHILL: CARPENTER alleadgeth that the said BOATE was taken from them at MARYLAND by the owner of the same, the Cort: doth ordr: that unlesse they, the said CARPENTER & KNIGHT, or eyther of them doe by the next Cort: make appare that the said BOATE was taken from them by a Legal! Course of Law, that then they, the said CARPENTER & KNIGHT, shall forthwth : deliver the said BOATE to the said JOHN BENNETT or other reasonable satisfaccon wth: Cort: charges

- Whereas WALTER WALTERLIN did injuriously & illegally take away a Boate from PHILLIP CARPENTER at MARYLANDE for which ordr: passed against him, the sd, CARPENTER, & one JOHN KNIGHT to make satisfaccon unto JOHN BENNETT, of whome the sd, CARPENTER and KNIGHT borrowed the said Boate; And whereas the sd. CARPENTER commenced a suite against the said WALTERLIN the last Cort: and JOHN DANBY did then in open Cort: engage himselfe in case the sd. WALTERLIN did not appeare at this Cort: to answere the suite of the sd, CARPENTER, then hee, the sd. DANBY, would stand to ye award of the Cort: to answere: wherein the sd. WALTERLIN haveing fayled of his appearance, It is therefore ordered that the said JOHN DANBY shall by the tenth of November next make paymt, of three hundred pounds of tobco: & caske unto the sd. PHILLIP CARPENTER wth; Cort; charges
- Whereas JOHN BENNETT was arrested unto this Cort: at the suite of WALTR: WALTERLIN, hee haveing not declared agt, the sd. BENNETT, It is therefore ordered that the sd, WALTERLIN be nonsuited & shall forthwth: pay 50 lb. of tobco; unto ye sd. JOHN BENNETT wth; Cort: charges
